These are memorable sentences for me from "The Poisonwood Bible"- Book One

Leah Price (19p): Our journey was to be a great enterprise of balance. My father, of cousrse, was bringing the Word of God-which fortunately weights nothing at all.

Rachel Price(24p): And the beat of my heart was not my heart, I hinally figured out, but the drums.

Adah Price(34P): It is true I do not speak as well as I can think. But that is true of most people, as nearly as I can tell.

Leah(65p): "If I'd of had the forggiest idea," she said very steadily, holding her pale, weeping eyes on me, "just the foggiest idea. We brought all the wrong things."
